Let's get ready for delivery day together

The delivery time for this product depends on the stock or production status of the model you choose, your colour selection if any, and your delivery address. Before ordering, confirm the estimated date, the delivery fee and the scope of installation at your address with our sales team.

• Share your province, district, floor and elevator details.
• Compare the building entrance, stair turns and room door with the product's transport dimensions.
• Clear the installation area; if wall fixing is needed, discuss it in advance.

At delivery, check the number of pieces, the surfaces and the moving mechanisms. If you see a problem, tell the delivery team and photograph it for support. Details: Delivery and assembly guide.

Consider the product price and the payment plan together

You can consider credit card, bank transfer/EFT and pay-in-store options. The number of instalments available for your card and the total payment amount may vary depending on the payment method you choose.

Before ordering, ask about the product, down payment and approval terms of seasonal campaigns such as 4 months deferred, 12 instalments. Also add any delivery and extra service fees to your budget alongside the product price.

Warranty information is stated in the product's own document. Keep the use and care instructions; for when you have an after-sales request to customer service you can reach us with the product name and order number.
