Cancellation - Returns - Warranty

  • 2-Year Warranty

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 business days after ordering. For return or cancellation requests after 3 business days, 30% of the order amount is deducted and the refund is approved by the Head Office.

  • For standard products
    *** Free cancellation and returns are available before delivery and within 14 days after the product is delivered.

  • For customised products

    *** Although there is no right of return or cancellation, cancellation and return are offered with a 30% customisation/disassembly fee, before the delivery date specified by our customer and within 14 days after delivery.

  • For cancellations and returns requested more than 14 days after receiving the product, the request is forwarded to the Head Office; if the Head Office approves, the right to cancel and return is offered subject to a 30% customisation/disassembly fee.

  • Within 45 business days of the customer reporting a service request, our service teams will visit the customer to record the damage and prepare a service report. If the problem cannot be resolved within the following 45 business days, the customer is offered a free right to cancel and return the faulty product. Hekahome/Kurtoğlu Mobilya is not responsible for delays caused by the customer's unavailability. If the cancellation and return is approved, the products will be collected from the customer's home and a refund will be issued within 45 business days.

  • For products delivered outside the city, if a cancellation or return is requested after the product has been delivered, the costs of disassembling the product again, shipping it and its freight charges are borne by the customer.

  • No service can be requested, and no returns or exchanges are possible, for end-of-series, outlet and ex-display items
